170 acres and appears to be burning pretty good, the park plans to fire Tioga road and tie into the blue jay foot print.

Hard to say which fire is more active the Lukens or County Line. A lot of heat the last 24 hours. Those of you driving over Tioga Pass should be able to see it.

Any update on this one? Looking at cams and not seeing much. Going to be traveling over Tioga on Sunday and want to reroute accordingly if need be.

I traveled over it last night, pass is still open just with one way traffic control, about 30 min delay.

No problem, park service didn’t get any info on the hotline or at the gate.
And depending on when/where they’re planning on firing from Tioga Pass Rd. Lukens may not be very obvious, as it is a fairly well blocked view from near White Wolf, lots of terrain in the way…

It appears they fired off the road yesterday and it’s between white wolf turn off and the blue jay fire.
