Hey everybody. Took all your advice on how to get things done to be in a better spot to be picked up by CAL FIRE. Finished my CAL FIRE BASIC up a week ago and emailed all my certifications to the FF1 hiring email the day of graduation last Friday.
Anybody know when CAL FIRE will be starting hiring this year ? Or guesses when I could be updated and picked up? Thank you
they already started picking up people cat 1. do you have your emt state card ?
Understood. I have everything but EMT. I have PSFA though the academy.
I’m not sure if I’m in category 1 yet I just updated all of my certifications from the CAL FIRE basic last Friday.
do you have public safety first aid, because you need ether emt of public safety first aid to be cat 1.
Yeah I have public safety first aid. I’m just waiting on the hazmat certification because they haven’t updated it yet. I have the full cal fire basic
