Does anyone have any information on CAL FIRE’s Prescribed Fire Technician positions? Are the foresters in charge of hiring, or engine captains? When will CAL FIRE be conducting interviews, or how many positions they are actually filling?

Are you referring to the Forestery Aid positions they flew last year? If so they already did the hiring for those fuels crews.

Internal email came out a few days ago from our AO. They are still looking for applicants due to the low amount received so far.
