Two fun fact side notes for non-metal fans..
#1, it’s 100% worth mentioning that Metallica has come a long way from their “Alcohollica Days” and their charity work now - on several fronts - is Type 1 no joke!
#2, All of them are on record regarding their inspiration for playing music - It comes in LARGE part from seeing Ozzy, Tony Iommi, Bill Ward, Geezer Butler AKA Black Sabbath. So in a way those who benefit from the scholarships have Sabbath to thank for it!!
