Any possibility of finding out what stations/units the federal and state agencies use in california?
What exactly are you looking for? Station locations?
If so, here is a document that lists all state station locations and contact info.
It does not list any type of apparatus though.
I dont have anything like that for the federal agencies but maybe someone else on the forum does.

I was looking for a list of apparatus and what stations they are assigned to.
There are a lot of hobbyists that collect this info. You won’t find it all in a state-wide listing, but some google work focusing on county by county, or agency by agency, will yield some results.
