Where I’ve worked, starting at 9 would significantly help the traffic frustrations.

“To wake up Naturally” they say. Is that even a thing in the fire service. Not at a busy station. Maybe they should work at Station 9 LA City a few shifts, they might appreciate
what sleep they do get.
