It might just be how my view is established but when someone posts a new incident under just the CA Hotlist header, it does not appear in the recent items list on the main page. Also it does not trigger a new Unread flag.
Is this how I have my page setup, a gap that needs to be looked at, or design intent?
I believe because that is not actually one of the 3 main categories. It should be posted in Questions and Discussion or IA. I don’t think it triggers an alert because it is not in the right place.

Not sure where to post. Can moderators work on personal comments in initial attack thread for fire info only. It’s starting to get a bit out of hand. “I wonder what the winds are like?” That’s not incident info.
