This is the book used to teach Company Officer / Command 2 E.
While proprietary, it’s used nationally to teach WUI.
Since link is available to public, don’t know why a hardcopy of book isn’t available.

This is probably a bit expensive but you could use a company that has print and binding capability such as Staples to get a hard copy.
Call the calfire training center and ask for the Company Officer cadre. I am sure they can make a copy available, you may need to send a shipping label. If that doesn’t work, PM me.
