Agreed. The topic is basically “fire as a weapon.” Understanding the history of that concept is incumbent upon all personnel who respond to fires of any type.
However you want to say it…All we can do is stay vigilant, maintain situational awareness, and if you see something that is suspicious…say something. End of story
