Officer Joe Silva says a suspect has been detained in the shooting of a
firefighter. A source confirms the firefighter died as a result of his injuries.

KCRA Channel 3 (NBC) Sacramento had extensive coverage at noon, including the procession. I’d expect more on their 4:00 broadcast.
