The following news article says food and water may be in short supply and suggest firefighters bring a personal stash as emergency backup and stay closer together because of a shortage of radios. Are people experiencing or talking about this on the lines?

Nearly every firefighter I’ve ever worked with (with the exception of a few FNGs who learned real quick) has a supply of food upon arrival… The issue may be in reduced availability of base camp support resources causing longer waits or longer drives for said services.

The actual National Multi-Agency Coordinating Group memos:

Completely taken out of context.
NMAC has issued this exact memo in previous years during PL5. It has nothing to do with a supply chain issue.
NICC is out of caterers and it can take 2-3 days before an EERA caterer can be hired and actually arrive at ICP and ready to feed.
