11:21 am Level 3 Evacuations (GO NOW) being conducted in Rowena for addresses 5220-6090 Hwy 30. Fire is approx 1/2 to 1 mile long along I-84

Significant progress in knocking west end of fire down; air resources now returning to base. 1 lane of I-84 open; other lane is being used by fire personnel on mop up.
