Correct.
The 6 contract counties (Kern, LA, Orange, Marin, Santa Barbara, Ventura) will send out T3 Strike teams several different ways.
In this case, 9361C would be LAC equipment and Personal acting on behalf of the State Mission. They get treated like CF resources(24hr shifts, models, feeding, etc)
Anything ordered with 9xxx is on State Mission regardless of the agency providing the equipment. Now only the contract counties or those counties that use CF in a municipal setting(LG Equip, CF employees) would have the abilities.
During the 2020 & 2021 seasons. CF Riverside(RVC) sent out 9310A & 9311A due to the extreme drawdown of all resources in California.
