I never heard of this until last May. My son did the Murph workout to the extreme. He came down with Rhabdo and was in the hospital for two days. He had done it before with no complications. Thanks Slasher for bringing it to everyone’s attention.
We had a guy get it when I was in the conservation Corp after 10 hours of weed eating, didn’t notice anything wrong until we got back to the center and he went to use the bathroom and told a supervisor his piss was almost black, luckily my buddy Justin was familiar with rhabdo because of his medical training. The guy got an ambo ride.
As I have said in some morning briefs as a safety…

Sounds like he shouldn’t have been there in the first place. Rhabdo just doesn’t “creep” in especially after a whole day of weedeating (my summer childhood).
There was way more details to it that I won’t go into all steming from an issue with our supervisor. He did it to himself intentionally.
