Not much of a break from the winds. 30+ mph gusting over the ridgelines from the northeast for most of the day. Optimistically, the near reversal of winds yesterday and the wetting rain will help hold control lines. Down at ground level, with topology, it might not be as cut and dried as the fire folding back into the black everywhere. Wet soils and reversing winds increase tree hazards.
