Good afternoon.
My buddy owns a water truck company and is looking to expand into the wildfire side. We need help with what needs to be done to start the process of the application. I was told he needs to sign up for VIPR and HEMS but do we need to have certain things in place prior to submitting the application? what are the minimum requirements for operators and where can we find a list of requirements for equipment/supplies that need to be on the trucks? I understand that this information is probably on each website but they are not the easiest to navigate. Links and advice would be amazing!
