I wasn’t sure about adding this to the covid 19 thread because it was related to covid 19 protocols but it also brings something that continues to be systemic problem back to the surface so new thread.
Doesn’t surprise me on bit. The FS is a completely broken program and the way they treat employees is against the law. I know of many people now that have EEO cases against the agency and they are all valid cases. I guess the agency just wants to shovel out money to resolve situations that should have never happened. I guess that is what you get when District Rangers and Forest Supervisors are in charge of a fire program, with no fire experience.
