This makes me want to go on another sweet tea bender - with xtra sugar - just so i can rant about how lame (almost used the R word) this is. We the taxpayer are funding this crud when each of the main political classes (the R & the D) both have skeletons in the closet so deep & dark & far reaching that of course it is frivolous crap like this that they continue to conjure up in order to distract us and add to the “flood the zone” tactics playing out now.. And “we” elected these clowns. I think Yoda might phrase it like this; Beyond sad, sickening & hilarious this all is..
It was just Independence Day. What would happen if everyone became independent voters? (and have all the gerrymandering and false ballot choices declared unconstitutional.) What would happen if there were no parties shoving their “candidates” at us and it was open where people would run to fix things (which as independents we could DEMAND)?
