There are two Lima’s out of MVU. 3341 and 3344 are on the lake fire. 3345 went to Carmel with a CWN. 3342 is at HQ with another CWN

Well I guess it was bound to happen. MVU now sending T1 County engines out of county. We are extremely slow with not even a dispatch for a veg fire the last several days. We are gonna be hurting if we do get start!

ENGINE STRIKE TEAM UPDATE. FYI CAL FIRE San Diego County Fire/Unit is the 2nd Largest Fire Department in San Diego County w/56 Fire Stations, Air Attack Base, Helitack Base and 4 Conservation Camps.
Yes a lot of equipment deployed not to mention folks on overhead, but there is also a lot of equipment covered behind and receiving cover assistance from SDFD.

SBC has Crew 10 assigned on the River. Just have to look a little closer. Ours goes very quickly when on the state mission.
I’ve talked to numerous dozer guys in southern region, specifically contact countries. They Have all either been pulled home or not available for assignments. Checking to see if anyone has any insights as to what is going on with contact counties?

9432C is a mix of State and fire district resources. All Cal Fire personnel. FKU has got to be tapped out by now

Alot of the Contract Counties have lost the CWN’s that they could tap to back fill for IA. So bringing the agency dozers back gives them that coverage.
