Vegetation Fire Electra Road about halfway between Highway 49 and PG&E Electra Powerhouse. Fire on both sides of Electra Road, anchored at River. Persons at Box Beach advised to shelter in place. Evacuations started off Setter Ranch Road (North/above fire).

The column would indicate its established in the heavy fuels on the south side of the road.

Looks like wind is pushing the fire NE. Hopefully they get it under control quick before it hits the communities at the top of the canyon around Tabeaud. Butte fire burned the south side but nothing has hit the north side in awhile.

Started on the border of Calaveras and Amador Counties. Has now spotted across the river into Calaveras County.

If it burns the Butte footprint there is a lot of grass what used to be brush on the Calaveras side. Along with all the dead and down that didn’t get completely consumed. See how this one goes. A lot of aircraft enroute to this. Along with ground troops. If the fire gets out of the river canyon up on top it’s good Dozer country.
