Noon update: 990 acres, 18% contained, 673 personnel committed. Mandatory evacs still in place for Desert Front and Wildhorse Cyn. Big traffic impacts with 138 closed at the 2. That is a busy trucking corridor. Power lines down and power out to critical communication towers on nearby mountain tops.
