They don’t get filled in a blink of an eye…it takes time. And then travel time. Give the team time to get set up, then you will hear the stats on resources on scene.
It is hard to answer your question at this point in the fire. There are hundreds of resources either on or enroute to the incident even equipment being emergency demobed from other incidents. If you’re looking for a specific unit I would recommend calling friends of friends or the home agency specifically. It will take a bit for a reconciliation of units and for orders to either be filled or UTF.
Anyone know where base camp is going to be set up? Hopefully enough space for the people coming to this inferno!

Sigma…All the responses so far are correct. On an incident like this it is very chaotic at first. Until the resources unit is set and IAP starts rolling out there is no good way to track every order. This fire is just entering its second Op/Burn Period. Branches and Divisions are still being set and actively reconciling what they have vs. what they need.
The Moderater’s ask that we keep this on topic, Although tracking resources is of interest, the more important thing is to keep the thread providing pertinent fire info. There are likely hundreds of requests for this fire of all kind of resources. Some will take days to fill and won’t arrive for even longer.
Twitter for the “Park Fire” is full of Spam so Folks are likely checking here for up to date info. As soon as IAP’s are developed they will be posted when available. Then resources can be tracked by Branch and Division.
Thank you all for such a great thread on a rapidly developing major emergency fire.
Airattack stating cambellville will be impacted within the next couple hours and major impact to the Ishi wilderness as well
Right on. Been to a couple dwarf car races there back in the day. Nice little Mexican restaurant across the street from what I remember. It’s about to get real busy with everyone coming.
Silver Dollar Fairgrounds in Chico, last I heard.
That will take several days to fill with all the phone calls happening and lining up of crews. Good job ordering ahead
Silver Dollar Fairgrounds
30 min loop shows surface winds blowing in two completely different directions…Last few frames there is a blow up to the south

So it’s going back for a second helping?
3 hours after the initial order, T-911 is almost at scene from SBD.
The fire looks to be established in the bottom on chico creek canyon.
Assuming they were given a 10am early up, or similar.
