In response to calfire team on the line fire. And they did a fine job. They made a Group out of the Hotshot crews and moved us from division to division with a previous hotshot Supt as the group lead it worked out great.

That’s awesome to hear! I honestly think the interagency cooperation is what we are going to continue to need times are changing in the federal system too..ultimately if both agencies are on the same incident the goal probably is to put the fire out, which is going to take good cooperation from both agencies.. sure it’s nice to poke fun at one and other but I truly think both agencies have there perspective place and role. Very glad it went well.

Large header showing on the NE side of the fire, starting to be picked up by radar. It also looks like it may have crossed Mill Creek on the south and is making a run up the other side.
