They could have been/probably were penciled in somewhere behind the scenes unless they were going to hold them since they were going to be the only available Fed CA team.

Its been a odd year in ca for fed fires , seems CF has been running them due to lack of fed personel

This fire seems to be getting really active today the cameras are showing a really good size header, anyone have any updates on it? Still says 374 acres but it looks a lot bigger than that!!

RMA Dashboard map viewer with VIIRS detections toggled on… black are most recent, red a bit older, but even the black ones are 4 hours old.

Not a lack of interagency personnel on the federal teams. However a look at today’s IMSR will better explain the current situation.

We got back from Oregon Tuesday, asked to come back up early (4 days rest instead of 7 for teams). With NMAC it’s always in pencil! Lol

No lack of Fed Personnel. All CA Fed teams have been deployed out of state due to the immense amount of fires in the SW, GB, RM, NR and PNW. No Teams available for the last few days of the 38 in the nation.
