Started in the center divide and spotted across, now running up hill into heavier fuels.

Looking at the topo map, there is a 4x4 area and campground with a couple good roads they may be able to use to cut this thing off to the SW, but if it spots further south its flirting with the extreme NE of the Los Padres and denser fuels/some areas with minimal fire history.

This is in State Park land many roads to the south and west.

BC-6 advises 50-75 acres with spotting well ahead of itself. Potential for 500-1000 acres in the next hour. Requesting 2 additional Fixed-Wing Tankers.

IC Requesting County start shifting Strike Teams around. Advised if their wasnt a 2nd fire, he’d want a 3rd alarm. Holding with what he has for now.

Tankers 70, 73, 74, 75, 76, 78 are all assigned and about to be over the fire around the same time.

Fire slowed momentarily but has realigned with the wind and terrain. Medium to long range spotting. Requesting Air Tankers assigned to the Dulce Fire will be diverted per Air Attack. No structures threatened.
