I got goosebumps seeing this post. That area is a more or less a match box on both sides of the river and the down canyon winds at night may cause the fire to move west then reverse direction during the day.

That is were the corrine fire started.

That’s what usually happens during fires this time of day in that area and as the air support leaves at pumpkin time the wind will switch.

IC came up and stated again potentially going extended. Evacuations and numerous structures destroyed and threatened.
Is this moving toward or away from Prather?

Just a little fire history, the 89 powerhouse fire burned through that area, auberry, and into meadow lakes on to our property.

for 10 type 3 engines. He was clarifying the status of the 10 he ordered during the initial response. They are coming into the unit as 2 Charlie strike teams, 1 Charlie from TCU and 1 from BEU.
