Hill IC states 5-10 acres in timber slow to moderate rate of spread. Staging for additional at the sugar pine boat launch. Evacuating Sugar Pine campground and surrounding campsites.

Fire is crossing Iowa Hill Rd. before Sugar Pine (1mi W), units coming from Colfax use Big Dipper for access.

Note to responders: Dorer Ranch on Elliot Ranch Rd. is inhabited and may be cut off from access in case of northward spread.

ICP moving to Colfax, Station 30
Tanker 88 released loaded to GV, working fire with 3 choppers.
Advisory: Do not make access via Iowa Hill Rd (from Colfax side), use Foresthill Rd. to Sugar Pine Rd.
Update: Hose lay around it, but still securing. All campgrounds and OHV staging have been cleared.
