Typical west wind in the area has surfaced and the fire is well established.

Lot of room to run east, but it should “eventually” hit the Bonny scare in Anza😳

Maybe the biggest Pryo I’ve ever seen from the house in San Marcos. She gone

Moving into the Chihuahua 2 scar of 2012, should slow it down a bit.

Is it much of a scar? That’s all grass and brush and that was a while ago?

12 years of growth with all the rain of the last couple years just means tons of grass for it to haul ass through.

I was in the Santa Ysabel/Warners area on Monday and the grass is long, tall and ready.

If anyone has enough information, will you please start an IA thread as this one is going extended.

Likely to burn over into into Anza Borrego State Park. Limited access, tough dozer country and water supplies only via Lost Valley TT. Evening winds will push over peaks and down canyon until sunrise.

The Coyote Fire in 2003 went from same area to over 18,000 acres.
