So are CalFire Tankers not allowed to pump their own retardant while at Medford, OR base?

CHP CAD:

edit: I think SHU rolled a strike team that way.

IC stated that the fire has jumped the Klamath. Requesting evacuations, but I did not copy exactly where. Per the online scanner link.

Nothing on GOES-16 Yet:
Edit: Nevermind, it is showing on GOES-16:
http://rammb-slider.cira.colostate.edu/?sat=goes-16&sec=conus&x=742&y=3720&z=4&im=12&ts=1&st=0&et=0&speed=130&motion=loop&map=1&lat=0&p[0]=20&opacity[0]=1&hidden[0]=0&pause=0&slider=-1&hide_controls=0&mouse_draw=0&s=rammb-slider

SKU Local Tone 3
CDF Tac 7
CDF Tac 8

Edit again, shows better on the Natural Fire Color Loop:
http://rammb-slider.cira.colostate.edu/?sat=goes-16&sec=conus&x=742&y=3720&z=4&im=12&ts=1&st=0&et=0&speed=130&motion=loop&map=1&lat=0&p[0]=26&opacity[0]=1&hidden[0]=0&pause=0&slider=-1&hide_controls=0&mouse_draw=0&s=rammb-slider

One more edit:
I am hearing lots of local government (mostly small volunteer departments) getting toned out on the online scanner.

C202 out of Bieber enroute for the 4th copter now. 4 tankers reloading out of Medford.

edit: Copter 22Z, a Bell 212 I believe on a severity contract for CalFire based out of Red Bluff Airport with C205 just got dispatched to cover for Weed Airport. Tankers 102 and 40 just flew over RB enroute as well.

per Yreka CHP CAD - fire is still pushing NW and is 1 mile west of I5. Trying to get an accurate picture of how far north it’s blown past Hornbrook.

Caltrans has a couple WX stations, some have older info.
Anderson Grade south of fire at 547pm has SE winds 22G26 and RH of 20.
Hornbrook at 3:11pm had SE winds 9G17
Hilt Sandhouse at 3:14pm north of fire had SE winds 6G16

TGU sent 1 ST engines and 2 ST crews
