CA-SNF-Creek-2020???

Done. You’re off the hook.

Does still look like some progression to the NE. AA over that part of the fire now.

I have been hearing FAL or private fallers on 151.28 and 151.2875, CalFires air tactics frequencies. Even traffic at the Auberry helibase on it as well. Just FYI stuff.

Branch 29, Auberry/Jose Basin getting suppression repairs attention this week and last week.
Grading and water bars on dozer lines. Piles of trees and brush to burn sometime.

Any ideas on whom and when those piles will get burned down?

Landowner or if it’s state land the local unit. Enjoy

Calfire and contractors handling the work from meadow lakes down to big sandy rancheria, jose basin mixed with the feds. There’s a bunch of county and contract water tenders up here yesterday. Burning is going to be a little ways away off and as stated it will be calfire and landowner. Hopefully they come get rid of the brush they drug up on to our property from auberry road.

Calfire fire started burning piles around shaver yesterday and meadow lakes (may have been homeowners). Residents are getting a little ticked about brush piles left on properties from the work done along auberry road.

They definitely are, but these people did what they are required to do on a yearly basis now they are having to deal with brush that didn’t even come their properties. A lot them don’t have means to get a wood chipper or have a tree service remove it.

where are these piles and how many are there?

These piles are on properties along auberry rd and on acorn road. My count was 15 of medium size not related to utility work so not a lot, there’s more in and around meadow lakes but spoke with an agency rep today and they are going to be burned or chipped soon.
