Cost Apportionment or Cost Sharing?

Todd Valley now under mandatory evacuation

It can be either.
In this instance with the complexity, it usually leans towards apportionment.

It can be either or both. I also think apportionment is where they are headed.

I note the TNF has a CalFire Dispatch Team on a normal overhead request number…that is unusual. But the TNF is also ordering a lot of stuff…OES engines, other state or local overhead, on request numbers in the 20k range. So they are well down the road to their accounting agreements.

Resource Request for 20 Immediate Need engines preferably in S/T formation or with appropriate leadership for the Forest Hill side

Is there an IAP for this?

Not on the FTP yet. The team is just getting set up right now

Just to clarify, cost apportionment is one of the methods of cost sharing.

I believe I just copied a conversation that they are losing structures in Volcanoville. Unknown location.
Edit: Just confirmed “No Divert” on air tankers–life/safety threat and losing structures.

Depends on what the Agreement says. Most are based on percentages of fire damaged areas.

I was contingency structure group in Valcanoville on the Ralston 2007? They had done lots of fire wise work but had a long way to go. The George Town divide is not a good place to have a traffic jam with fire in the area. They recognized the threat back then and do today. Hope everyone listens.
