Yeah never say never and be prepared for when it goes sideways :laughing:. If creek fire showed us anything it’s that literally almost everything will happen from tornadoes to pyro cb lightning starting other fires.:grimacing:

I’m not sure how busy the YNP park freqs are on this, or if you’re in range, but YNP Fire Net might still be active with admin stuff? (172.775). Park Net is 172.65

Then I’m not sure what the concern was when someone asked “How soon before it hits SRA?” CALFIRE isn’t going to rush engines into the Federal DPA when private lands burn in the FRA.

Absolutely CalFire will respond to SRA within fed DPA. It is a long time coming and paramount with
with these burning conditions.
