Anyone know what five are going to be staffed 24/7? Columbia ship did some night flying last week.

I don’t believe Columbia is on this list. If memory serves me correctly it’s Vina and Alma in CNR, Hollister, Prado and Hemet in CSR. The other bases will still have the capability to do night flying, however they will need to have advanced notice to adjust shifts.

The marine layer is keeping things cool and cloudy along the coastline and west of San Jacinto Peak and Mount Laguna in SoCal.

Looks like relative humidity will continue to fall this week with dry and windy conditions on more or less cured fuels and rising temperatures through Thursday.

Grasses are cured in some lower elevation areas, but not much else is ready to do much, yet.

Yup.

The brush, Sage brush, juniper, and living Joshua Trees / Yucca are slowing down, or stopping fires in the High Desert. The creosote won’t take fire at all and any areas that have a heavy growth of Mustard won’t carry fire. But those areas that have 1-3+ years of grass are ripping right along.
