Met Kathy during the Beaver fire. We were up there poking around at the lookout, and she gave us the VIP tour, explained the firefinder, chatted about working up there, and overall work conditions. Left there thanking her for everything, and leaving the Klamath a few days later remembering the visit. She was good people. RIP Kathy. God speed.

The knowledge she must of known about the forest in that area would be phenomenal. Very hard to replace that experience. May you RIP young lady, now your in the Big lookout in the sky watching down on us…
