Two lager fires outside of Ronan
Middle Ridge - 500+ acres and has jumped the Flathead river
Communication Bluff Fire - 200+ acres
As far as I can tell both have structure threats and are burning under the same conditions as the Niarada fire

Difficult to determine where but some evacuations are on going
I can see these fires and Niarada cranking from my yard

Middle Ridge Fire - 7000+ acres and 0% contained. Fuels are mostly grass with timber and brush in places. Still a threat to agriculture land to the west. Fire is west of Ronan
Communication Bluff Fire- 400+ acres SW of Ronan. Fire is in steep and difficult to access terrain
Big Knife Fire - started several days ago and was sitting at 600ish acres yesterday morning. Fire is SE of Ronan and burning in much heavier timber fuels. Was also effected by the weather yesterday and jumped to 3000 acres. A Type 1 Team (“complex incident management team”) has been ordered and will take command on Aug1
Smaller more remote fires (likely unstaffed) also reported in the Bob Marshal wilderness complex
