I’m tracking another index that is unique to my climate experiences - it’s the “Number of Days Pants are Required Index.” Born/raised on the Central Coast so i’ve evolved to wear shorts 363 days a year no problem. Its a different story in Redding bcuz it can get friggin cold and the cold “feels” different here than closer to the coast. So far this season i’ve had zero pants required due to cold days & two pants required bcuz of raining sideways days! Prob doesn’t mean a thing - or maybe it does?!
