Who wants to go to Canada?

Cali is trying to put together an all fed, non-AD IMT which is not easy to accomplish. Still short on filling all of the positions. It’s a good day to thank a local government or AD IMT member for what they do for us in California. The system would implode without them.

Take this to another level. How many of the federal or even CF IMT’s will be able to .eet the requirements of the upcoming CIM IMT’S with the exclusion of AD or LG?

Without sounding dramatic, things are likely about to go from bad to worse. Multiple days of hot temperatures under anomalous high pressure moving into western Canada are likely to lead to active fire behavior, new lighting starts, and pyrcu development. With an astonishing amount of active fires burning its hard not to imagine a scenario where another million acres burn this week.

British Columbia and Alberta undergoing thunderstorms and lightning on both sides of the Rockies. Hopefully they will be seeing more rain than lightning.

Holy smokes. That’s about 5800 square miles, or bigger than the whole state of Connecticut!
