Last time they had a big one out that way the ICP was at the casino in Primm, I think that was at Mountain Pass. Needles would be the closest, 1hr.

Any line medic orders?
Couple of images from media coverage last night along Ivanpah Rd and the rail line. Maryland forestry crews and Crane Valley Hotshots fired the road earlier in the day for a buffer to protect rail infrastructure/it was a natural fuel break.
Within fire perimeter plenty of unburned islands and surviving Joshua Trees as well. Based on what I saw, not the 100% immolation like the running crown fire of 2020 Dome Fire was. More monsoon moisture over the fire today, but with it more erratic winds.
Crews had their work cut out with temps well above 100 degrees yesterday + brutal UV index.

They haven’t been flying tankers today, and have only recently had an AA over the fire from what I’ve seen.
I also saw radar map earlier today that showed precip not from the fire area, but I did not check to see if the storm had tracked far enough east to reach the fire aream
