Apple IC advised that at 2120 hours the fire is in unified command with RRU and BDF.

900 acres and zero % contained at 2130. IC advised 2 homes destroyed, and 3 outbuildings.
N of Gilman, Banning Bench added to evacs.

It looks like it is in the old Bogart burn scar, 1400 acres a few years ago. Once it gets to the Banning bench, the fuel changes dramatically and should hold at Gilman.
Keep it below Black Bench and upper Cherry cyn and it should hold…

AA 51 will be over the fire in less than 5…

AA 51 has now assumed Apple AA. Fire is 1/4 mile from Bluff Street on the east side of the fire.

AA update approx 1500-1550 acres.

AA reporting 1550 acres, with the east side of the fire is starting to “heat up” just south of Bluff St. Copter 531 launching from ANF, will be put to work on the east side (Branch III).

2,034 acres @ 00:30 per AA51. At that point fire was about 30 minutes away from reaching the Gilman St area (so right about now).

The fire is still active this morning on the Bluff Street side in Banning. It is putting up a decent column. T-160, T-131, T-72 have been ordered for this morning.
