Might anyone have an idea when Hwy 97 will re-open now that we have been seeing decreased Fire behavior? Headed up to Oregon tomorrow 97 is my normal route. Last vacation with the family before the season was was supposed to start. Thanks for any info!!

Click on the little gear/settings icon.
Steep, click on the Layers icon (stacked sheets) upper left, then click on imagery. Zoom in on the alpha flank, left finger, north end of fire perimeter for ease of finding, but the growhouses are all over. National Fire Situational Awareness

It could be worse; be lucky with what you have. Besides, if you didnāt experience it, donāt mention it. Rumors are never good. Follow the CFAA agreement and all will be fine.

Took this picture of the UP Fire Train on the Delta fire in 2018. Pretty awesome tool to watch. All the crews were great to work with.
