The fire has crossed Hwy 89 headed East crossing North of town and South of Airport Rd. Huge energy in this segment of fire.
7,000 acres - 2 buildings confirmed destroyed. New mandatory evacs: Sierra Pines, Upper and Lower Manzanita, Crystal Springs, Alpine Village, Diamond Valley Road are now under mandatory evacuations.
